Foundation (current position)

I lead the development of a tendon-based hand at Foundation. I started from zero in August 2025 and laid out the system's architecture during my first six months at the company. I'm currently leading a team spanning mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to bring the hand to production.

The main priors guiding my design work are:

Tesla

Before Foundation I worked at Tesla for 2 years as a Technical Program Manager. I helped develop the first tendon driven hand for Optimus and a few vehicle charging technologies.

GE Aerospace

Before moving to the US, I worked for three years at GE Aerospace, graduating from a rotational program in manufacturing operations (OMLP). Building aircraft engines was my introduction to manufacturing and taught me a lot about how complex things are made.
